2. Health and fitness information
Articles, guides, workouts and meal plans share general information and personal experience. They are not medical, nutritional or fitness advice for your individual situation, and they don't replace your doctor, midwife, registered dietitian or a qualified trainer.
Check with a healthcare professional before starting a new exercise or eating plan, especially if you are pregnant or postpartum, have a medical condition, take medication, or have a history of disordered eating. 4. Digital products and free downloads
When you download a free resource or buy a digital product, you get a personal licence for your own use.
You may print or save as many copies as you need for yourself.
You may not resell, share, upload or redistribute the files, in whole or in part.
You may not use the plans or workouts to coach paying clients.
You may not claim the designs or text as your own.
Some products include a link to material hosted on Canva. Access to that material depends on Canva's own terms and availability.
5. Buying from the store
Prices are shown in euros. [VAT NOTE — e.g. "Prices include VAT" or "The seller is exempt from VAT under Hungarian law"]
The contract is formed when your payment is confirmed. You receive the download link straight away after purchase.
Payments are processed by [PAYMENT PROVIDER]. I never see or store your card details.
The Refund Policy explains what happens if something goes wrong with your order.

Articles link to research and other websites. I don't control those sites and I'm not responsible for their content or privacy practices.
7. Limitation of liability
