Everything sold on Health & Fitness with Ella is a digital download, delivered instantly. Because a file can't be returned once it has been downloaded, sales are final, except where the law gives you a right to a remedy (section 3).
1. What this policy covers
This policy applies to all digital products bought from healthandfitnesswithella.com: guides, ebooks, plans, templates and checklists. Free downloads cost nothing, so no refund applies to them.
2. Your right of withdrawal
Under EU consumer law you normally have 14 days to withdraw from an online purchase. For digital content, this right ends once the download starts, provided that before paying you:
expressly agreed to the download starting immediately, and
confirmed that you understand you lose your right of withdrawal as a result.
You give this agreement at checkout. Your order confirmation email records it.
3. When you are entitled to a fix or a refund
You are still entitled to a remedy if:
the file is corrupted, won't open or is incomplete;
a link included in the product (for example to Canva) doesn't work;
you received the wrong product;
you were charged twice for the same order; or
the product is materially different from its description on the store page.
In these cases, email info@healthandfitnesswithella.com with your order number. I will first send a working or correct file. If that can't be done within a reasonable time, you'll receive a full refund.
4. Before you buy
Each store page describes what the product contains and who it is for. If you're unsure whether a product suits you, email me before buying and I'll answer your question.
5. Payment problems
If something is wrong with your order, please email me first. Most problems, such as a missing download link, can be fixed within a day.
